What do we do:​

​

Support for Individuals

​

• Our psychologists provide short-term focused psychological strategies in an office-based setting and offsite in organisational settings. We provide psychological treatment for (predominantly) adults either on a private basis or through GP-referred Medicare referrals.

• Similarly, we offer psychological treatment services under the auspices of workers compensation and motor vehicle accident insurance (WA).

• Our team also offers individual assistance through Employee Enhancement Programmes (similar to EAP with the addition of coaching and leader-assistance) and workplace wellbeing and early intervention programmes.

Support for Workplaces

​

• We work with private organisations, government agencies, workers compensation companies and insurance brokers to assess and control for psychosocial risk factors.

• Our team also assists with fitness for work assessments, coaching, mediation, psychometric assessments for recruitment and selection, training and education and critical incident response.

 

Our workspace

​

• Work in a warmly appointed space in leafy South Perth with FREE onsite Parking. Offsite commitments tend to occur in the metropolitan region. Telehealth and video meetings also occur as convenient to our clients and customers.

 

About the Opportunity:

​

• We are a small, flexible and skilled team of psychologists.

• We are an established and well-regarded practice offering bespoke services to individuals and workplaces for over 10 years.

• We are seeking an experienced and fully registered psychologist who preferably has a background in adult psychological treatment and/or workplace-based psychology.

• Ideally, the successful candidate will possess skills and experience in the majority of areas of service delivery outlined above.

• Opportunities exist to engage in business development activities, and to assume a leadership role over time.

Our New Team Member Must:

​

• Possess a passion and dedication to customised approaches and making a positive difference to individuals and organisations.

• Be team-orientated, embrace new challenges and opportunities to grow.

• Will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a fully registered psychologist.

• Must be an Australian Citizen.

• Possess full current registration with AHPRA.

• Have or acquire their own ABN (Australian Business Number) and work as a sub-contractor.

• Be comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders and work systemically to effect positive change.

• Demonstrate a commitment to professional development, self-reflective practice and self-care.

• Be a strong, adaptable and resilient clinician. 

• Be able to work autonomously, with strong planning and time management skills.

• Possess strong verbal and written skills as report writing is an essential part of the role.
