Continuing to engage in service delivery, Annika Demasi works with highly skilled associate psychologists who have greater than 20 years of experience in clinical and organisational settings combined.
The associate psychologists have had working partnerships with Annika for over 15 years and are trusted for their ability to listen to expressed requirements and develop rapport, and deliver quality services in accordance with agreed outcomes.

CLINICAL SETTING
Demasi Consulting Psychologists are registered with AHPRA and full members of the Australia Psychological Society. Our Coaches are fully accredited with the Australian Institute of Professional Coaches.
Demasi Consulting Psychologists have Medicare Provider numbers for various locations to ensure clients ease of access. Our Psychologists are trained and experienced in providing evidence-based interventions.

We work with individuals, couples, families and in workplaces. Clinical specialties include addressing depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, pain management, adjustment counselling, trauma/PTSD, anger/frustration management and wellbeing optimisation.
With a background in injury management and mediation on complex issues in the workplace, our Psychologists are well equipped to assist you with any aspect of a complex workers compensation and/or income protection claim. Interventions may include critical incident/trauma counselling, assisting the patient with coping strategies within the compensation system and even mediation with the employer to secure a healthy, beneficial outcome.

Warm and friendly, our Psychologists are targeted in their approaches and uses various clinical models and frameworks to achieve agreed outcomes. Their goal is to equip individuals, couples and/or organisations with enduring coping strategies and a positive outlook.
ORGANISATIONAL SETTING
Our Psychologists are highly experienced and well-regarded consultants who provide a wide range of injury and risk management, occupational health and safety and preventative services at strategic, educational and operational levels.

Our career backgrounds include working with organisations in areas such as and income protection, workers compensation insurers, and reducing the human and financial cost of work-related psychological claims. We work closely with key stakeholders, particularly employers, to contain the potential adverse impact of stress, conflict, bullying and harassment and other human-related issues in the workplace.
We are renown for undertaking complex and sensitive Psychosocial Risk Assessments in work environments where psychological hazards have been identified.
Demasi Consulting also assists individual employees through focussed employee/leadership coaching programmes.

Our Psychologists have presented at networking forums and industry conferences; topics include fatigue, stress, lifestyle management, bullying and harassment, interpersonal skills, emotional resilience and conflict resolution. We also facilitate workshops with employers to assist with the development of strategies and operations to retain and maintain healthy workforces.

Demasi Consulting combines Annika’s most recent work in ‘upstream’ preventative health services such as psychometric testing for best-fit recruitment and selection decisions, organisational diagnostic assessments and vitality surveys, training and education) with her "downstream” risk/injury management work.

We have long standing external partnerships with highly experienced Human Resource Professionals, Workers' Compensation Insurers, Brokers, Values and Culture Specialists and Injury Management Providers. These partnerships allow Demasi Consulting to provide complementary services to valued customers in a seamless manner.
